I am a highly adaptable and resourceful project manager and operations manager with a strong technical background in biology and progressive scientific and program management experience in tightly regulated diagnostics and therapeutics.

Prior to my current role, I graduated from wet lab scientist to project manager over a period of >8 years in a dynamic, high-growth science-led organization. I also served on the board of directors for a small theatre arts nonprofit for 6 years and spent a few years teaching yoga, martial arts, and fitness classes in addition to working as an ABA line therapist with autistic children.

My eclectic professional portfolio includes broad experience developing and applying various data analysis and hybrid project management methodologies in addition to refining and implementing product development processes.

I am passionate about:

  • Driving innovation using design thinking and intentional portfolio management strategies

  • Developing lean processes using data-driven methods (including collection and interpretation of qualitative data)

  • Sustaining strong professional relationships using impeccable communication skills

  • Continuous professional and personal development and wellness

I am a first generation college student and received my bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in neurobiology and animal behavior from Cornell University (go Big Red!). While at Cornell, I worked in a research lab running and analyzing mouse behavioral assays and trained/competed as a member of the Cornell Sport Taekwondo Club in addition to serving in various leadership positions for the club.

After making the decision not to pursue medical school, I landed in the biotech world and ultimately opted to leave the laboratory in favor of program management.

I have PMP and Six Sigma certifications and have continued my education informally courtesy of LinkedIn Learning, Harvard Business Review, Cornerstone, MIT Sloan Management Review, and various podcasts.

I’ve enjoyed mentoring others and providing informal advising through connections facilitated by Health Tech Nerds and Bits in Bio since 2022.
